Inception
Centre for Integrated Development (CfID) is a multidisciplinary resource group consultancy organization initiated in 2004. It is formed by collaboration of professionals from Planning, Engineering and Development fields. It aims to integrate development processes with appropriate technology to get better results for sustainable people centric development through consultancy, capacity building, research and education.

Research and Documentation
We undertake rigorous, field-driven research and documentation to inform development strategies, policy advocacy, and program design. Our work combines qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to generate credible, context-specific evidence. From baseline and endline studies to thematic research and impact narratives, we help partners understand what works, why it works, and how it can be scaled.
Training and Capacity Building
CFID designs and delivers customized training programs that empower individuals and institutions to drive social change. Our modules blend theory with practice, drawing on grassroots experiences and participatory methods. Whether it’s for frontline workers, community leaders, or program teams, we build capacities that last — strengthening systems, knowledge, and leadership across sectors.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
We provide end-to-end M&E services that go beyond compliance — enabling organizations to track progress, assess impact, and continuously learn. CFID brings a developmental lens to M&E, focusing on adaptive learning, participatory tools, and systems thinking. From designing M&E frameworks to conducting third-party evaluations, we support strategic decision-making and accountability.
Green Tech Innovation
CFID promotes scalable, sustainable, and inclusive green technologies related to solid & liquid waste management as well as decentralized renewable energy that respond to the challenges of climate change, resource use, and livelihood resilience. We support the design, piloting, and deployment of eco-friendly innovations — working with communities, entrepreneurs, and institutions to co-create context-specific solutions that foster environmental stewardship and socio-economic well-being.
